For the record, it's completely up to you who you pick, but it's always nice if you can find icons of them that don't feature modern clothing prominently, or glaringly "modelish" poses unless that's part of who they are. I know it's hard. x_X Hollow-art.com is a good place to start looking. If you don't like photographic PB's, modified game portrait sprites are fine, too.
